Our "Filter Replacement Program" provides easy registration and ships a replacement filter for your A/C system right when it is time to change it.
No more trying to remember when you last replaced it, and no more dirty coils because of dirty filters. Our site allows you to have filters shipped to you on a schedule of your choice.

- Priority Service when emergency service is required.
- Never an overtime charge for emergencies.
- 10% Discount on all parts and labor for unscheduled service calls ( excluding compressor).
- Two Scheduled Inspections per contract year (spring & fall) during normal working hours;
These inspections include:
Up to one hour labor. Additional labor and materials billed extra (less discount).
Lubricate bearings. Check for oil & refrigerant leaks.
Check refrigerant levels.
Check condenser drains.
Check blower belt wear, tension & alignment.
Adjust system for optimum cooling & heating.
Clean evaporator & condenser as necessary.
- A Written Report will be provided as to system condition after each scheduled service.
- Renewable unless canceled by either party. (GCAS will send a renewal contract at anniversary date.) |
