- Priority Service when emergency service is required.
- Never an overtime charge for emergencies.
- 10% Discount on all parts and labor for unscheduled service calls ( excluding compressor).
- Two Scheduled Inspections per contract year (spring & fall) during normal working hours;

These inspections include:
  • Up to one hour labor. Additional labor and materials billed extra (less discount).
  • Lubricate bearings.
  • Check for oil & refrigerant leaks.
  • Check refrigerant levels.
  • Check condenser drains.
  • Check blower belt wear, tension & alignment.
  • Adjust system for optimum cooling & heating.
  • Clean evaporator & condenser as necessary.
- A Written Report will be provided as to system condition after each scheduled service.
- Renewable unless canceled by either party. (GCAS will send a renewal contract at anniversary date.)
